Do you ship internationally?
Yes, more than 1/3 of our orders come from international buyers. It is our specialty to ship to other countries and we will gladly send your order anywhere in the world. Please call for the most accurate quotes. We use the USPS.
Are all model kits new?
Yes, all kits are new and have not been started or altered in any way unless the description states differently. Some are still in their shrink wrap packaging. Please email with any concerns.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, all orders can be combined to take advantage of lower shipping rates. All shipping is at cost to you the buyer and my goal is to provide you with the best rate and service.
Can I return my item?
Yes, for any reason for a full refund. Please email to arrange the return first. Under certain conditions, the buyer might have to pay for return shipping.
How long have you been selling model kits?
I've been selling kits on Ecrater since 2010 and on Ebay since 2007 and am proud to say that I have 100% feedback. My goal is to make you happy.
What types of payment do you accept?
Any form although, the preferred payment here is paypal. It allows you to use a credit card or other funds. However, if you are not a paypal user, you can email me to arrange another method of payment.
Where are you located?
Dougs Models is an online shop located in the US in New Jersey. My email is dougsmodels@yahoo.com. However if other contact information is required you can email me to request it.
How is my order guaranteed or protected?
If you order is placed through Paypal.com, you are protected by a buyer's satisfaction guarantee that safe-guards your money. If you are not satisfied with any part of the transaction you can cancel your order and have your money refunded. In addition the USPS has automatic insurance on Priority Mail service up to $50 and your order is now tracked from door to door.
Returns are also accepted within 14 days of you receiving your item normally for a full refund.
